What's the most popular order?
A brisket plate with the potato salad. When the Texas Toast brisket grilled cheese is running, it moves fast.
Is the brisket sliced or chopped?
Either one - your call. Both come off the same low-and-slow brisket.
Can I get meat by the pound?
Yes. Brisket, ribs, sausage, and chicken by the pound any day we're out.
Do you do whole brisket and holiday orders?
